Job Description

We are looking for a Domestic Process Setup Fundraising Lead who will be responsible for establishing scalable operational processes within India and driving fundraising efforts for business expansion. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in process optimization, investor relations, and fundraising strategies.
Key Responsibilities

Domestic Process Setup Operations
  • Design, implement, and optimize operational processes to scale Tradologies domestic business.
  • Develop SOPs, automation strategies, and workflow enhancements to improve efficiency and customer experience.
  • Identify process bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives in coordination with cross-functional teams.
  • Partner with technology teams to leverage AI and automation for operational efficiency.

Fundraising Investor Relations
  • Develop and execute fundraising strategies to attract venture capital, private equity, and strategic investors.
  • Build and maintain relationships with VCs, angel investors, HNIs, and institutional investors.
  • Lead the preparation of investment pitches, financial models, and business plans.
  • Oversee the due diligence process and negotiate deal terms with investors.
  • Stay updated on market trends, valuations, and investment strategies to position Tradologie as a lucrative investment opportunity.

Stakeholder Leadership Collaboration
  • Work closely with the CEO, COO, and leadership team to align fundraising efforts with business goals.
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and technology teams to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Provide data-driven insights and reports on fundraising progress and process efficiencies.

Key Qualifications Skills
  • 8+ years of experience in business operations, fundraising, investment banking, or venture capital.
  • Proven experience in scaling domestic operations and implementing process improvements.
  • Strong understanding of fundraising, financial modeling, and investor relations.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of B2B marketplaces, fintech, agri-trading, or commodity-based businesses is a plus.
  • Must from IIM/IIT or tier one college/Institute
