Position: Sales Manager Closing (Residential Real Estate)
Location: Pune
Experience: 35 Years
Job Responsibilities:
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall project goals
Develop strong understanding of real estate norms, project processes, and micro-market dynamics
Monitor and analyze competitor offerings, market trends, pricing, and campaigns
Convert 15% of leads into successful bookings, maintaining key performance ratios:
Lead to Walk-in: 10%
Walk-in to Booking: 15%
Minimize booking cancellations within 10% threshold
Ensure accurate, timely updates on SFDC and follow all system protocols
Collaborate with various channel partners and track each partners business contribution
Identify and activate new sourcing channels to drive lead generation and conversions
Uphold ethics, integrity, and a positive professional environment
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelors degree (preferred)
Proven experience in residential real estate sales with strong closing capability
Sound knowledge of real estate laws, contracts, and closing procedures
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office & CRM tools
