Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Salesforce Support / Developer with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, customization, and support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our Salesforce platform, troubleshooting issues, developing scalable solutions, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day support and maintenance of Salesforce applications.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve system bugs and user issues.
Develop and implement solutions using Salesforce technologies (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components).
Customize standard and custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and approval processes.
Work with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
Perform data management tasks including data imports, exports, deduplication, and cleansing.
Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and APIs.
Participate in testing, deployment, and release management processes.
Document technical specifications, configurations, and user guides.
Stay current with Salesforce updates, features, and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
4+ years of Salesforce development and support experience.
Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC), and SOQL.
Experience with Salesforce configuration (flows, process builder, workflows).
Familiarity with Salesforce integration tools (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware).
Solid understanding of Salesforce security model and best practices.
Experience with debugging and performance tuning.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (preferred).
Nice to Have:
Experience with DevOps tools for Salesforce (e.g., Gearset, Copado).
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and working in a Scrum environment.
Exposure to Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
Education:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
