Job Description

A Salesforce Voice Integration Specialist with expertise in Amazon Connect.
This individual will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Salesforce voice integrations with Amazon Connect for customer service and sales teams.
The candidate should have a strong understanding of both Salesforce and Amazon Connect platforms, as well as the ability to create seamless and efficient integrations between the two.
