Position : Manager Accounts & Finance
Candidate should be CA with minimum 2 years post qualification experience in Corporate Accounting (Not with CA firm).
Will be able to handle Accounts up to finalisation.
FINANCE & ACCOUNTS
Annual Business plan & Forecasting. Annual Budgeting and monthly budgeting & Tracking
Finalization of Accounts & Preparation of Balance Sheet as per revised schedule VI format.
Compilation, preparation and co-ordination of Statutory Audit as per Indian IFRS, Tax Audit, Domestic & International Transfer Pricing Audit and Internal Audit
All corporate banking activities including local & foreign payments, LC, BG, Buyers Credit, Forward Contracts, Stock Statements etc.
Cash Flow management
Management Reporting Dashboard, KPI, Order Book, Cost Center Analysis etc.
Statutory Compliances
Implementing strong cost control mechanism and early warning signals.
