Role summary
The People Experience (PX) Coordinator works in a varied and fast paced environment running administration across a variety of disciplines across the HR function. This position is the coalface to our employees and candidates, delivering an outstanding experience across the employee lifecycle or for those candidates interviewing with Quantium.
This is a fantastic role for someone who loves HR operations and administration, has an acute eye for detail and is proactive with data administration. The successful incumbent will have solid problem identification and solving abilities, stakeholder management skills.

Your exceptional time management skills will see you responding to recruitment requests within SLAs and moving our candidates through the process as efficiently as possible in order to secure the top talent for Quantium.You see the importance of developing strong relationships and recognise the benefit of adding value in everything you do and using your initiative. You will be passionate about implementing HR operations best practice and making a difference. Having a strong team mindset with the flexibility to take on tasks/projects as the need arises is critical.
