Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. This entry-level role is ideal for freshers who are eager to begin their careers in business development and sales.


Roles and Responsibility:

  • Make outbound calls to potential sellers to initiate conversations and qualify leads.
  • Ask relevant questions to understand the sellers business:
  • What products do they sell?
  • How do they currently market and sell their products?
  • What is their average monthly order volume?
  • Document and analyze seller responses to assess fit for our solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of conversations and leads in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to pass on qualified leads for further engagement.
  • Continuously learn about our product offerings and industry trends to better understand client needs.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills; confident and polite on phone calls.
  • Strong questioning and active listening skills.
  • Basic knowledge of sales and marketing processes is a plus.
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
