  • 3+ years proven experience with Oracle BI Publisher and report design, HCM Extracts, and SQL development in a Core HR context.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL for data manipulation and reporting
  • Experience in creating and managing HCM Extracts
  • Strong Core HR domain knowledge, including understanding of HR processes, configurations, and data
  • Familiarity with Pod alignment in Oracle Core HR.
  • Ability to work with business analysts and HRIS teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Ability to design and maintain effective data models for reporting purposes.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Design and develop complex reports using Oracle BI Publisher, including HR-related reports like payroll, employee details, benefits, and more.
  • Build and maintain data models, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data being reported.
  • Create and manage custom report templates using BI Publisher, ensuring that all reports are consistent with business requirements and user specifications.
  • Develop, test, and deploy HCM Extracts to enable the export of data from Oracle HCM Cloud to various downstream systems or reports.
  • Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting needs to support BI Publisher reports and HCM Extracts.
  • Utilize a solid understanding of Core HR concepts, processes, and configurations within Oracle HCM Cloud to ensure effective report and extract design.
  • Work closely with HR stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective reporting solutions
  • Maintain clear documentation for report designs, data models, and other configurations, and ensure adherence to best practices in development and reporting.
