Job Description

Job Summary

We seek a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive sales and business growth in IT infrastructure Facility Management Services (FMS). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT infrastructure sales, expertise in creating competitive quotations, and a strong network within the industry.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development


Identify and pursue new business opportunities in IT infrastructure FMS.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Establish and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their IT needs and proposing tailored solutions.


Client Engagement


Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.

Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.


Quotation & Proposal Management


Prepare detailed and competitive quotations, proposals, and tenders.

Collaborate with technical teams to design and present comprehensive FMS solutions.

Ensure accuracy and profitability in pricing while maintaining competitiveness.


Market Analysis & Strategy


Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.

Provide insights and recommendations to improve service offerings and competitiveness.

Collaboration


Work closely with internal teams such as operations, technical, and finance to ensure smooth project execution.

Liaise with vendors and partners to enhance service delivery and expand offerings.


Reporting & Documentation

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts.

Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance and market insights to management.

Qualifications and Skills

Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field. MBA is a plus.

Experience: 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure FMS sales or a related field.

Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, managed services, and related technologies.

Proficiency in creating detailed and competitive quotations.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Other Requirements:

Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.

Willingness to travel as needed.
