About the Role:
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team in a fast-paced BPO environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, excellent leadership skills, and experience in driving revenue growth through strategic planning and execution. This role requires strong team management, process optimization, and a deep understanding of the BPO industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Drive revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities.
Work closely with the leadership team to align sales objectives with company goals.
2. Team Management & Leadership:
Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives.
Set individual and team sales targets, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback.
Motivate and encourage the team to exceed sales targets through coaching and incentives.
3. Sales Performance & Reporting:
Track key sales metrics and prepare performance reports for senior management.
Analyze market trends, competition, and customer feedback to optimize sales strategies.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of sales activities in CRM tools.
4. Compliance & Process Optimization:
Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
Improve sales processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and conversion rates.
Conduct regular training sessions to keep the team updated on products and sales techniques.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
3+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in a BPO or tele sales environment.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
