Ensuring customer satisfaction and seeing the project success to the end.
Coordinating with the technical team to provide the client with the required software solution.
Dealt with clients from the Middle East, US, UK, Europe, Asia, etc.
Acquiring and maintaining clients from the Middle East, Europe & USA region.
Maintain good communication channels with C-level officials Involved in B2B Sales, Direct Sales, and Channel Sales.
Objection handling and Customer relationship building.
Maintaining the client accounts and retain the client for a long time.
Enhance customer experience working with the organization.
Requirement gathering and analyzing the data collected from clients end.
Resolving the issues client-facing with ongoing projects.
Delivering reports on time and measuring the quality of work done.
Delivering the project to the client& collect feedbacks.
Focusing on adding value to the client organization by pitching the right solutions.
Act as a bridge between client, Onsite & offshore team
