Job Description

Area Managers will be responsible for the overall branch performance and profitability of 8-12 branches.
Product Gold loan. Have to control 50-60 people.
Monitoring Operational efficiency and Asset quality in branches.

Required Candidate profile

Good communication and presentation skills, Interview skills, Analytical skills, Resource allocation, Public relation, Negotiation skills.
Conversant in local language & English (proficiency in read, write and speak required)
