Job: Assistant Manager - Learning & Development

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager. The ideal candidate will be a Graduate or Postgraduate (preferably in Human Resources or a related field) with strong communication skills and a working knowledge of MS Office tools.
Assist in day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
Maintain and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
Support the recruitment process (scheduling interviews, screening resumes, etc.)
Coordinate onboarding and induction processes for new hires
Assist with payroll preparation and other HR documentation
Handle employee queries and provide administrative support
Generate reports and presentations as required using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR data
Graduate / Postgraduate degree (preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field)
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
