Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Senior HVAC Technician to support our operations in Delhi. The ideal candidate should be proficient in troubleshooting, servicing, and maintaining a variety of HVAC systems such as ductable units, VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) systems, and DX (Direct Expansion) units. This role requires strong technical capabilities, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to high service standards.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on HVAC equipment, including ductable, VRF, and DX systems

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues to maintain system efficiency and uptime

• Carry out inspections and preventive maintenance to identify potential problems early

• Maintain accurate records of service and repair work

• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with applicable codes and company standards

• Work independently or collaboratively to complete assigned tasks

• Mentor and support junior technicians as needed

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or ITI/Diploma in HVAC or a related discipline

• 35 years of relevant hands-on experience with commercial HVAC systems

• Strong knowledge of VRF systems, ductable units, and DX technology is essential

• Certification as an HVAC technician is preferred

• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, wiring diagrams, and blueprints

• Excellent organizational and communication abilities

• Flexibility to handle on-call duties and respond to urgent service requests
