Proficient in social media marketing strategies
Necessary industry exposure in ICT will be an added advantage
Experienced in tele calling and customer engagement
Strong skills in Excel for data analysis and reporting

Ability to generate and analyse transactional reports
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Oversee backend operations related to product lines assigned
