M/s Jeen group of companies requires a qualified Civil Engineer with 5 to 10 years of experience in design and construction both. He should be well versed with the task of project management. He should have experience in handling/supervising the construction activities of commercial establishments of reasonably large size. Preference will be given to the individual possessing experience of building School, College, University, Hospital etc.
- He/She will be positioned as a senior person in the office of the Chairman. Will assist the Chairman in finalizing the design based on the organization requirements.
- Incumbent will be responsible for assisting the Chairman in monitoring and liaison with the various stakeholders/vertical Heads for the construction activities undergoing under their respective jurisdiction at various sites located in Delhi/NCR and other states.
- Will be responsible for strict monitoring of the work being performed at various sites by the contractors and architects.
- Will be responsible for establishing the project cost and also tracking the same with stage wise completion of the same.
- Will be responsible for ensuring that vendors on the project maintain the timelines for completion.
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
- Bachelors or masters degree in architecture from an accredited institution
- 3+ years of architectural experience preferably within the hiring firms field
- Understanding and knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, building construction, building systems and site requirements
