Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Act as a bridge between sales teams, zonal leadership, and other internal departments for smooth communication.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders for day-to-day activities and drive communication with cross functional teams for key business initiatives
• Take ownership of data tracking, data analysis, reporting and dashboarding provide actionable insights for decision-making.
• Support new product penetration by tracking adoption metrics and feedback.
• Bring insights about revenue improvement, business operation optimization, margin improvement, new market opportunities etc.

Preferred candidate profile

• 3+ years of experience in business support, sales operations, or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
