NX CAM Programming Engineer @ IDC Engineering India

Job Description

• Siemens Offline NX CAM Program development (Fixture Validation, Cutting tool selection & validation, Vericut program simulation) and NC Program optimization.
• Cutting tool database development in global Teamcenter environment using NX CAD i.e Modeling, Assembly, Drafting,
• Experience in metal cutting operations [preferably from Casting/Forging/Welding structure metal removal] Turning, Milling, Drilling, grinding, Tapping, Reaming, Boring etc.
• Experience in NC Program prove out in CNC machine type like. VMC, HMC, VTC, 5-Axis,HTC
• Should have sound knowledge on Machining fundamentals, Process design, fixturing,
• Should know 2D programming on Fanuc control.
• Creo 3D modeling, Assembly (optional)
• Working knowledge in NX Post Processor would be added advantage.
• Primary software experience: Siemens Offline NX CAM Program, Vericut for simulation
• Support software exposure: Siemens Teamcenter Egg. /Mfg., Teamcenter Vismockup
