Senior Associate - Salesforce Developer @ Ignatiuz Software

We are seeking a Senior Associate - Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce integrations while following best practices for scalability and performance. This role requires problem-solving skills, a proactive approach, and collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Salesforce Administrators, Business Analysts, and Architects.
Key Responsibilities:
Salesforce Development Customization:

Develop, test, and deploy Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and schedulers .

Design and implement Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components .

Create and maintain custom objects, fields, workflows, process automation, and validation rules .
Integration API Management:

Develop REST and SOAP API integrations with external systems.

Work with Platform Events, Change Data Capture, and Asynchronous Apex for efficient data processing.

Collaborate on third-party integrations using tools like Mulesoft, Boomi, or ETL solutions .
Data Management Security:

Ensure proper data governance, security, and compliance with sharing rules, profiles, and permission sets.

Perform data migration and transformation using Data Loader, Workbench, or ETL tools.

Optimize SOQL/SOSL queries to maintain governor limits.
Testing, Deployment DevOps:

Write and maintain Apex test classes to meet the required 75%+ code coverage .

Conduct code reviews and enforce Salesforce best practices .
Collaboration Documentation:

Work closely with Business Analysts and Architects to understand business requirements.

Document technical solutions, design patterns, and best practices .

Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge-sharing sessions . Requirements Primary Skills (Must-Have):

4+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer .

Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL .

Experience with Flows, Process Builder, and other declarative automation tools .

Hands-on experience with Salesforce security (Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, FLS) .
