Hiring for HR Generalist

 We are looking to employ an HR generalist with outstanding analytical and communication skills. An HR generalist is expected to be a conceptual thinker with fantastic organizational and conflict management skills. You will have excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

To ensure success, HR generalists should exhibit strong decision-making skills with a deep understanding of employee relationships, staffing management and training. Top candidates will be comfortable managing grey areas, effective at scheduling and methodical in the recruitment process.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinating job postings
• Sourcing candidates for internal recruitment
• Screening resumes
• Administrative work regarding scheduling interviews with the hiring team
• Conducting interviews
• Putting together an employment offer
• Guiding the salary negotiations
• Conducting reference and background checks
• Managing the employee onboarding process
• Complying with all relevant laws regarding reporting and records retention
• Serving as an advisor to hiring managers
• Working with immigration for visas for foreign hires
• Employee administration & support

Candidate Profile

•       Bachelor's Degree Mandatory (MBD HR Preferred)
•     Experience - 0.6 - 3 yrs
•       Employment type  Permanent Job, Full Time
•     Salary -  Upto 2.5 LPA
•      Benefits  Provident Fund (PF), ESI
