The successful candidate will be responsible for the following: Develops tests, plans, cost estimates, and detailed technical approaches. Designs and develops schedules, methods, devices, and equipment, as required, to provide test data and achieve operations objectives. Familiar in coordinating plans, statement of work, operating budgets, development of work breakdown structures, and implementing earned value management practices. Acts as primary customer contact for program activity.
