Role & responsibilities

1. Preparation of standards & procedures

2. Handle & allocate the manpower properly as per requirement.

3. Able to handle line quality issues & provide solution.

4. Analysis of issues / defects observed in day to day working.

5. Preparation of Quality Reports like graphs & action plan

Preferred candidate profile

1. Knowledge of wiring harness manufacturing process

2. Pre-assembly knowledge (Cutting, Crimping & Taping)

3. Awareness of Basic Quality Tools

4. Awareness of Process Capability Study

5. Well versed with MS-Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)

6. IATF:16949 standard.

7. Manpower handling
