Job Description

We are looking for an energetic business development trainee who is able to easily create networks of new potential business contacts. Adept at effective business introductions, growing a client base and enhancing sales efforts. Specializes in technology.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Should be enthusiastic and smart to create a good impression in front of clients.

Identify requirements, including technical details sufficient for product definition.

Have the meeting with the client to understand the current technical environment, key business issues/drivers, and future requirements.

Documentation of a project throughout its life cycle.

Develop and establish strong relationships with strategic clients and industry partners.

Provided technical advice to clients - Explain technical capabilities and business benefits of solutions to the customer.

Create a fantastic first impression to prospects & clients.

Develop & Execute plans to maximize sales & revenue.

Develop & execute sales/marketing proposals.

Closing deals using e-mails, phone, web conferencing.

Follow ups with clients.

Build good relationships with potential and existing clients.

Work with a team to achieve sales performance targets.

Oversee projects to completion.

Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.

Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.

Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.

Extensive sales experience.

Neat, well-groomed appearance.

Great networking skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.

Emboldened by challenges.

Preferably B.tech/BCA/MCA
