• Meeting SMEs, Manufacturers, Traders, Warehouses, Transport Contractors, and Booking Agents for acquisition and onboarding to Vahak for mid- and long-distance Full Truck transportation requirements
• Responsible for increasing load posting and app usage from the target users
• Ensure adherence to the Sales process and maintain a healthy pipeline of leads through various Business Development activities
• Meeting and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly activities and output targets
• Execute marketing strategies to improve visibility among target users
• Share any user feedback with Vahak for any further improvements in Vahak's offerings Candidate profile :
• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales and business development to SMEs, Manufacturers, Traders, and warehouses. This is a mandatory requirement.
• Candidates can be from any industry. Candidates with experience in logistics/transportation would be preferred.
• Fluency in English and Kannada is mandatory
• Prior experience of working in the target geography would be preferred but not mandatory
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
• Candidates should have their own vehicle for travel to work. This is a mandatory requirement.
• Open to travel within Bengaluru for work
• High on integrity and ethical behavior.
