:- CTO Department - Secure Power Division part of Energy management BU of Schneider Electric, dealing with Critical Power & Cooing Solutions in Data center, Home / Business Network & catering to enterprise segments. Some of our key Products are IoT-enabled, plug-and-play, open, inter-operable architecture and platform, in Homes, Buildings, Data Centers, Infrastructure and Industries. Innovation at Every Level from Connected Products to Edge Control, and Apps, Analytics and Services. Senior Test Campaign Leader would join our R&D department, reporting to the R&D Manager. The candidate will be focusing on understanding & qualifying critical power & cooling solution devices. The primary responsibility of the role includes (but is not limited to): 1. Perform some or all the test life cycle activities, in Agile, Iterative or waterfall model based SDLC. a. Analyze requirements b. Provide inputs to test strategy / test plan c. Design test cases, setup complex testbeds d. Perform manual and automated test execution. e. Perform release & closure activities. f. Moderate the complete Test Life Cycle activities with 2 to 4 junior members, along with technical guidance to them 2. Perform Automation life cycle activities, a. Develop & Maintain automation framework that caters to Secure Power product testing. b. Develop scripts to automate manual test cases. 3. Stakeholder Interactions & Management a. Plan the releases with close interactions with product / project stakeholders. b. Comfortable to work across local & global time zones. c. Maintain excellent rapport with all stakeholders all the time. Qualifications / Requirements:- BE / B. Tech/ ME / M. Tech / MCA Computer Science & Engineering, Information Science & Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering. Mandatory Skills / Competencies 1. Good working knowledge on Networking protocols & related tools (especially Application Layer Protocols) 2. Strong knowledge about complete test processes to be followed as part of Test Life Cycle activities. 3. An expert in Automation & Manual testing of Embedded devices. 4. Strong hold in Python or Java & their relevant IDEs for framework development. 5. Experience working in Agile, V, Iterative model of product development. 6. Good knowledge in tools catering from Requirements phase to Release of a Product (e.g. GIT, JIRA, Caliber, Test Management Tools) 7. Excellent oral & written communication in English. 8. Highly motivated & self-driven. 9. Team player. 10. ISTQB foundation level certified. 11. Self motiviated, Self Driven 12. Strong knowledge about all types of testing around Embedded domain with exposure to Embedded Products & Systems. 13. 6 to 9 years of experience.
