Job Posting: Flutter Developer (iOS & Android)

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Flutter Developer to join our development team to build a high-quality mobile application that runs seamlessly on both iOS and Android platforms. Youll be working closely with data scientists and backend developers, to craft an application that would enable us to improve our logistical and operational capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and work with third-party packages.
• Conduct unit testing, troubleshoot bugs, and optimize application performance.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and Flutter best practices.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of professional experience with Flutter/Dart.
• Strong understanding of mobile app architecture and development lifecycle.
• Deep understanding of modern software best practices, particularly in building applications with privacy-first architecture.
• Experience deploying Flutter apps to iOS App Store and Google Play Store.
• Proficiency with version control tools like Git.
• Familiarity with Azure and Databricks.
• Understanding of modern UI/UX principles and responsive design.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Be able to occasionally accommodate meetings with US (East/West coast) based team.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Past projects or a portfolio showcasing Flutter apps.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools for mobile development.
