We are hiring for Graphic Designer and UI UX Designer position, details are below.

location- Kolkata ( Salt Lake)

Experience - min 2 years

Salary - up to 7 lac

Job Role/ JD :
Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to develop graphic content that aligns with learning objectives.
Design engaging visual elements, including graphics, illustrations, icons, and animations, to support eLearning courses.
Apply branding guidelines to ensure a consistent visual identity across all eLearning materials.
Create user-friendly and intuitive interfaces for eLearning modules, considering user experience and navigation. Assist senior designers in creating visual assets, graphics, and layouts for different projects.
Translate complex concepts into clear and visually comprehensible graphics to aid learning.
Incorporate interactive elements and multimedia assets to enhance user engagement.
Ensure that all graphic content is compatible with various eLearning platforms, LMSs, and devices.
Stay updated with design trends and eLearning technologies to bring innovation to projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines and deliver high-quality graphics.

Skills (Technical and behavioral):
Strong passion for design with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma.
Basic understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow design guidelines.
Decent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
A portfolio showcasing design projects or coursework is a plus.
Knowledge of at least 1 Authoring tool like Articulate Storyline, Captivate, Rise, etc.
