End-to-end ownership of business outcomes for LDH in your area.
o Explaining to the cardiologist the details of the program and the benefits using PPT, videos and demos
o Explaining value proposition to the cardiologist and the fees/compensation
o Explaining the role of the cardiologist in this program and his/her involvement
o Understanding cardiologist preferences, and communicating the SLA and terms and conditions
o Understanding the clinical context and ensuring sensitive communication style all through out
o To manage the customer relations of key cardiologists in their area of operation.
o To be present at different clinics/hospitals of the doctors at the time suggested by them for onboarding patients
o Counselling the patient regarding the details and benefits of the program to the patient and the caregiver
o Converting patient interest into subscriptions. Upsell value-added services
o Train users to use devices and app
