Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead the quality assurance process to ensure the accuracy and quality of audit deliverables through comprehensive reviews and checks.
Develop and maintain quality control procedures to uphold high standards.
Identify and mitigate potential risks in audit processes.
Assess complex issues from multiple angles to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
Provide expert consultation and escalate issues beyond the expertise of junior team members.
Provide constructive feedback and guidance to improve overall audit quality.

Verbal and written communication skills
Project management skills
Stakeholder & People Management Skills
Audit and accounting knowledge
Good knowledge of MS Office (with an emphasis on MS Excel skills))
