Greetings from Adecco India !!

We are having an urgent opening for a leading life insurance company for rural locations of Rajasthan.

Designation:-District Development Manager - Agency

Job Location:-Bikaner / Jaipur / Churu / Sri-Ganganagar

Qualification:-Any Graduate

Experience:- Min. 5 Years

Offered Salary:-upto 7 LPA (depending on experience and fit)

Notice period:-Immediate /15 Days / 30 days

Age Group :- 30 to 40 Yrs.

KRA:-

Manage a team of ADMs on daily basis to meet or exceed business goals.
Assist / Support ADMs with activity management and review their performance on a weekly basis.
Communicate deadlines and goals to team members.
Allocate resources, Assign Business and supervise activities of ADMs.
Identify skill gaps and assist on joint calls with team members (both ADMs and FAs).
Address team concerns and provide direction whenever needed.
Ensure that all business operations are done in accordance with company standards.
Resolve all customer issues and ensure to provide outstanding customer services.
Conduct performance evaluation of team members (both ADMs and FAs). And provide feedback for improvements.
Build strong working relationships and maintain effective communications with team members.
Identify business challenges and suggest appropriate action plans.
Build positive working and learning environment for team members.
Assist in FA recruitment, promotion, retention and termination activities.
Ensure that teams follow company policies and procedures at all times.

Desired Skill And Experience :-

Min. 5 Years in sales, to have worked a minimum of 3 years in an agency channel in Insurance Industry.
Last job should be in a managerial role in any industry, managing a team of at least 10 sales managers.
Minimum stint in any company should not be less than 2 Years.
To have recruitment experience.
Should have worked in that particular district, Rural Experience is a must.
