Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Processes:
Oversee business processes across different regions, ensuring smooth and efficient operations for both onshore and offshore teams.
Monitor Performance:
Track team performance and ensure service quality meets company standards. Prepare regular reports on how the teams are doing.
Quality Control:
Make sure all processes meet company and customer standards. Do regular checks to improve quality and efficiency.
Team Coordination:
Be the main contact between teams in different locations. Ensure teams work well together and address any issues quickly.
Improve Processes:
Identify ways to improve efficiency, cut costs, and deliver better results for customers.
Lead Teams:
Support and guide international teams, making sure they have the tools and skills they need to succeed.
Risk Management:
Identify any risks that might affect business operations and work to reduce or solve them.
Use Technology:
Use technology to improve and automate processes, making work easier and more efficient.

Skills:

Good leadership and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Languages:
Fluency in English is required.
