Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and chats in a professional and timely manner.
- Troubleshoot product or service issues and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and deliver consistent service quality.
- Adhere to process guidelines, SLAs, and compliance standards.
- Update customer records accurately in the system.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask and handle both voice and non-voice processes.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
- Willingness to work in night shifts and rotational shifts.
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in a BPO/KPO or customer support environment is a plus.
Education:
- Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline (Undergraduates with relevant experience may apply).
