Roles and Responsibilities -1.Need to identify strong non-dealergaragenetworkfor efficient motor claim settlement.
2.Should be able to evaluate 4W/2W/CV Garage Performance / Manpower / Infrastructure Parameters.
3.Handle vendor creation process.
4.Regular garage audit.
5.Negotiate better discounts with garages increase VAS (Value Added Services) for the customers.
6.Keeping up the customer satisfaction score & NPS (Net Promoter Scores) of garages.
7.Understanding of garage function, quality control, process enhancement, improved customer experience, training to garages.
8.Responsible for handling a set of workshops for Customer care / complaint.
9.Identify and establish new workshops / partners.
Ideal Candidate -B.E / B.Tech professionalswith 5+ years of experience inAfter Sales Service andDealerNetworkExpansion.
Or ExperienceasCustomer Care Manager / Customer Support Manager with Automobile / Automotive industry.
