Roles and Responsibilities
Technical Skills
* Design, architect, and implement multiple Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) projects.
* Hands-on configuration experience in key OFSC modules:
* Resource (work zones, skills, calendars, locations)
* Capacity/Quota
* Outbound Configuration (notifications, message scenarios)
* Routing (plans, filters, optimization)
* Collaboration, Communication, Mobility, Core Manage, Business Rules, Statistical Parameters
* Integrate OFSC with Oracle Sales/Service Cloud, Oracle EBS, and Fusion Cloud.
* Configure outbound payloads for external systems, ensuring middleware compatibility.
* Collaborate with middleware teams using OFSC API framework for service creation.
* Develop integration solutions with CRM/ERP systems in coordination with internal teams.
Solution Architecture & Implementation
Define, configure, and test solutions for complex customer requirements.
Create and document functional and technical designs.
Ensure end-to-end integration across OFSC modules.
General Skills
Customize Manage and Mobility screens; build new or enhance existing functionality.
Work with presales teams on demos, proposals, and solution design.
Handle Oracle service requests related to TOA product issues.
Lead a small team of developers and testers through implementation phases.
