• The candidate would majorly be responsible for in house hiring professionals from across the globe, as per the business needs.
• Excellent working knowledge on all the job Portals.
• Excellent sourcing skills from all the social sites, references, database & job portals.
• Coordinating with HODs on various Requirements.
• Formulating recruitment strategy.
• Posting the job description on various job portals.
• Short listing of profiles to match with the job requirements in hand, making the candidates go through the test process, finalizing the offer,complete the documentation and following up till the candidate joins.
• Mapping and Documenting of all processes related to the recruitment function.
• Excellent in MS Excel.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
