Job Description: Fortis Healthcare is seeking dynamic Call Center Executives to join our team. As a Call Center Executive, you will be a vital link between our patients and healthcare services, ensuring exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.
• Assist patients with inquiries, appointments, and service information.
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure prompt resolution of patient queries.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of interactions.
• Uphold Fortis Healthcare's standards of service excellence and patient care.

Requirements:

• Graduation in any discipline.
• Proven experience of 2 - 5 years in a call center, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
