Job Description
Job Title: Testing Engineer - Generative AI Project
About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Testing Engineer to join our Generative AI project team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our AI models and systems through rigorous testing and validation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for Generative AI models and systems.
- Perform functional, integration, and regression testing to identify and resolve defects.
- Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to understand project requirements and design effective testing strategies.
- Automate test processes using appropriate tools and frameworks.
- Analyze test results, document findings, and work with the development team to implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for AI model testing.
- Continuously improve testing methodologies and processes to enhance the quality of AI outputs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in software testing, preferably in AI or machine learning projects.
- Strong understanding of AI concepts, including generative models such as GANs and VAEs.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and familiarity with AI frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and text generation projects.
- Knowledge of data management and synthetic data generation.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment of AI models.
