Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Java developers.
- Oversee the development and implementation of high-quality software solutions.
- Ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources.
- Provide strategic direction and contribute to project planning and coordination.
Key words: Java, J2EE, Spring boot, MySQL, Hibernate, SQL, AGILE, Jira.
Steering Job Requirements & Tasks
- 5+ years of experience in API/System implementation and Integration
- Excellent understanding of building and consuming varies API format, eg REST, SOAP, JSON, Socket etc.
- Excellent experience of Java and SQL
- Comfortable with GitLab code repository and SonarQube quality gates
- Experience and knowledge of API Authentication and Authorization, Socket
- Experience in RDBMS and DB concepts, eg MySQL/ Oracle/Postgres, etc.
- Understanding of Blocking and Non-Blocking I/O
- Understanding of various protocols like TCP, UDP, HTTP
Any specific expectation from the job role : Nead to manage team of count minimum 6.
Qualification Criteria
- BE/BTech/ME/MTech in Computer Science from a reputed institute.
- Good communication skills - verbal and written
- Proficient in professional documentation/visualization with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and any preferable tools
- Must be a team player, problem solver, and good leader.
- Good at fact-based hypothesis thinking as well as impact analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Experience with Agile methodologies and practices
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management principles
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly
