Designation: Senior Process Executive
Experience: 1-3 years
Qualification: Any graduate- full time education
Shift: Night Shift
Notice Period - Immediate to 15 days
Money Movement
- Process client transactions including transfer of assets between brokerage and investors.
- Ensure accurate and timely execution of financial transactions
- Verify transaction details and client instructions to prevent errors
- Monitor transaction activities and resolve any issues or discrepancies
- Assist clients with inquiries related to their transactions and account balances
- Provide updates and support throughout the money movement process
- Address and resolve any issues or complaints related to transactions
Skills
- Experience in wire payments & payments processing is must.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using financial software and transaction processing systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and manage transaction workflows effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
- Achieving predefined targets with reliability.
- Knowledge on IRA accounts, Advisory & Investor services is an added advantage.
Common skills set for above: Reference Data, static data, data remediation, Capital Market, backend operation, Trade confirmation, interpretation of financial data, financial transaction, SWIFT payments & SSIs.
Pointers to note:
Please do not carry laptops/cameras to the venue as these will not be allowed due to security restrictions. Original Government ID card is must for Security Clearance.
