Job Description

  • Primarily focuses on making outbound calls to potential clients, leads, or existing customers to promote properties, generate interest, and set up appointments for the sales team.
  • Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential clients, leads, or database contacts.
  • Introduce and promote available properties, emphasizing key features, benefits, and unique selling points.
  • Identify and qualify potential buyers or tenants based on their preferences, requirements, and financial capabilities.
  • Capture and record accurate lead information, including contact details, preferences, and potential timeline for transactions.
  • Schedule appointments for property viewings or meetings with the sales team.
  • Coordinate with the sales executives to ensure timely follow-ups and confirmations.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of the properties available for sale or rent, as well as the local real estate market.
  • Answer inquiries about the properties, providing accurate and relevant information.
  • Keep the CRM system or database up-to-date with the latest information about leads, client interactions, and appointments.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity for effective follow-up and reporting.
  • Conduct follow-up calls with potential clients to nurture relationships and address any questions or concerns.
  • Build rapport and establish trust to encourage future interactions.
  • Gather feedback from potential clients regarding their preferences, budget constraints, and specific requirements.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to the sales team based on client feedback.
  • Assist the sales team by providing them with qualified leads and appointment details.
  • Collaborate with the sales executives to ensure smooth handovers for property viewings.
  • Work towards achieving individual and team targets for lead generation, appointment setting, and conversions.
  • Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and scripts for telecalling.
  • Ensure compliance with any legal or regulatory requirements related to telecalling in the real estate industry.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during all client interactions.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively to convey property details and answer queries.
  • Provide regular updates to the sales manager or team leader regarding call volumes, lead quality, and outcomes.
  • Share insights on effective calling strategies and potential areas for improvement.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance communication skills, product knowledge, and telecalling techniques.
