Work Experience

Required Skills

• Bachelor's or Masters in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field (PhD preferred).
• 8+ years in software or data engineering, with 4+ years in AI/ML roles.
• Proficient in Python and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or Hugging Face Transformers.
• Strong grasp of algorithms, statistics, and probability.
• Experience deploying models in production via REST APIs, batch scoring, or real-time inference.
• Hands-on with cloud AI services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with data tools: Spark, Kafka, Airflow, Snowflake, etc.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in AI/ML (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning, Google Cloud ML Engineer).
• Experience with LLMs, RAG pipelines, or enterprise chatbot systems.
• Knowledge of vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS).
• Contributions to open-source AI projects or academic publications.
• Experience in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, etc.) applying ethical AI principles.
