: "Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and understand business needs.
2. Design and develop reports using Microsoft Report Builder, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to best practices.
3. Create and maintain data models, queries, and datasets for report development.
4. Analyze and validate data to ensure its correctness and completeness.
5. Develop and maintain report templates, styles, and formatting guidelines to ensure consistency across reports.
6. Optimize and enhance existing reports to improve performance and usability.
7. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to report generation, data connectivity, and formatting.
8. Collaborate with database administrators and developers to ensure data availability and integrity for reporting purposes.
9. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in reporting tools and techniques.
10. Provide training and support to end-users on report creation, customization, and usage.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Microsoft Report Builder or similar role.
3. Proficiency in using Microsoft Report Builder tool and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
4. Strong understanding of relational databases, SQL querying, and data modeling concepts.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
8. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
9. Knowledge of data visualization and reporting best practices.
