Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• .Net & Java Application Support & Deployment
• Smooth running of the Applications in Production Environment
• Communicating to the Back office Users internally and Branch and Franchise
• Support SLA
• Timely response to the customers & Management
• Provide functional and/or technical support for resolution of customer problems, incidents, issues, requests and queries.
• Liaise with other support teams, or product teams as required to resolve requests/issues in a timely manner.
• Change & Incident & Problem Management related to their application domain
• Coordinate with Development team for L3 issue

• Preferred candidate profile

• Candidate with BSC IT / MCA/ MSC IT/ BE IT qualification are preferred
• Minimum 2 Years Experience in Application Support
• Should have hands on Exp in .NET and Java or Troubleshooting
