Management of all lease and key property documentation
Abstraction of lease documents into database, validation of data abstracted by others
Maintenance of Client`s database, performance of regular updates in the system and analysis of reported issues to support gaps
Daily support in lease admin queries and responding to requestors via e-mail
Regular cooperation with global stakeholders around portfolio data, critical events management.
Cooperation with team members and other departments based in EMEA, APAC and US
Produce standard lease admin reports in excel and other internal tools utilizing existing data to agreed timescales
Making sure service delivery is compliant to agreed procedures and SLAs
Build and maintain relations with internal and external clients
Adherence to internal and external audit requirements
Preferred candidate profile
You must be Fluent in spoken and written English.
Professional experience in Lease Administration / Database Management / Real Estate maintenance is a must.
Experience with Salesforce or any other CRM would be an advantage.
University degree in education is required
Strong analytical skills
Strong commitment to quality, orientation to details
Interest in analysis of written legal documentation
Goof knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word)
Capability to adapt to quickly changing and demanding environment
Interest in Commercial Real Estate
