Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Strategy Formulation, Planning, designing and Execution of projects.
Directing and monitoring projects progress by coordinating with architects, consultants and site engineering teams.
Preparation of BOQs.
Ensuring timely completion of projects and execution levels of the highest grade.
Liaison effectively, with architects, Clients, Consultants subcontractors and PMCs.
Overall in-charge for Reviewing, Budgeting, Cost Controls and Approvals.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in Execution of Commercial IT Buildings.
