SpiceJet invites energetic and enthusiastic candidates to join them for the position of Manager in our Marketing Department.

Department: Marketing
Educational Qualification: Graduates/Post Graduates
Experience Required: 6-10 yrs
Job Location: Gurgaon
What Youll Do:
- Be the bridge between brand strategy and creative execution
- Lead day-to-day coordination with internal teams, creative partners, and external stakeholders
- Translate briefs into clear, actionable plans and ensure timely delivery
- Think on your feet from client calls to campaign brainstorms
- Keep your finger on the pulse of trends, culture, and consumer behavior
- Make things happen (yes, that includes the impossible sometimes)
What Were Looking For:
- Experience in client servicing at an advertising/creative agency
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, campaign execution, and creative processes
- A natural problem solver with a flair for ideas
- Someone who doesnt just do the job, but genuinely enjoys the world of marketing
- Detail-obsessed but never loses sight of the big picture
- A proactive attitude, the ability to thrive under pressure, and a hunger to grow
Bonus Points If:
- Youve ever taken a campaign from pitch to execution
- Youre the kind of person who reads ads for fun
- You treat timelines like gospel (but know when to improvise)
