Job Description
- Road Test for critical complaints along with the customer ( e.g. Problems related to Engine, transmission, Suspension brakes etc and repeat problems )
- Proper diagnoses of problems reported by the customers & support mechanic for resolution of complaints.
- Updating of Road test register
- Sharing of critical complaints diagnosis process with workshop staff
- Refer Service Manual, Bulletins and circulars for diagnosis of problems
- Support Floor Coordinator for completion of critical jobs.
