JOB DESCRIPTION
SENIOR MANAGER ENGINEERING SERVICESRole & Primary Responsibility-
- Leadership Role In Integrated Design & Manufacturing
Professional
- Manage all Engineering Service Projects like FE Analysis encompassing strength, fatigue, vibration strength, CFD (both thermal and fluid flow), seismic and shock analysis design of specialty fixtures, reverse engineering of equipment and ensure timely execution.
- Knowledge of 3D printing and plastic mold flow
- Design of medical and specialty equipment
- Project management of new design projects (Component Design, Equipment Design, Plant Design and including Manufacture from Concept to Delivery, post-delivery activity like handling of warranty liabilities, payment collection) and ensuring timely execution of projects.
- Maintain customer engagement to take on new projects and repeat orders.
- Develop eco system for manufacture by identifying channel partners.
- Management of sub-contractors and vendors. Authorizing placement of orders on sub-contractors for both analysis and manufacturing
- Identification of agencies to procure bought-out items and techno-commercial.
- Guide Business development executive in attending to customers and preparation of Techno Commercial orders.
- Ensuring Cyber security, customer information security and maintain NDA in letter and spirit of entire ES Team
- Lead a team of Sr and junior engineers including interns and new joiners
- Quality closure of projects
- Negotiate and finalization of price of contract for FE Analysis & integrated design and manufacturing.
- Handing over of projects for and on behalf of Conceptia
Managerial
- Train and mentoring to subordinates in the use of FEA tools as well as handling of turn key projects
- Guide and ensuring good conduct of ES team members including adherence to discipline, company rules and regulation

- Act as first contact point for ES team in redressal of their grievance and ensuring their welfare
- Create and maintain elaborate and structured database of various types of engineering projects accomplished.
- Device and improve upon available Management Information System and submit to Top Management monthly/Quarterly and Annual MIS report.
- Other duties/responsibilities assigned by the Reporting Officer.
- Asset Management -Computers- Hardware & Software.
- Support Finance in liquidation of collectables
Personal Profile
Post Graduate in Mechanical Engineer specialized in FEA techniques and knowledge of manufacturing methods will be an added advantage
10-12 years of industry experience in FEA and manufacturing domain.
Man & situation managerial skills.
Good communication skills (both written & oral)
