Job Description
Role Responsibilities :
- Provide M365 (SharePoint online, Teams, OneDrive, Yammer, copilot etc.) subject matter expert support to the project implementation team
- Research product functionality and provide recommendations and guidance to the Digital Collaboration Delivery Studio team, other internal teams and leadership
- Monitor emerging technology trends within assigned product /technology areas to make recommendations
- Work with architecture, development and UI designers to design product features/solutions to meet the business requirements
- Perform Proof of Concept activities pertaining to SharePoint, SharePoint Online and M365
- Recommend product change, modification and customization for Client OnLine utilizing SharePoint
- Responsible for developing product specific standards
- Work with deployment and support teams and functional representatives to educate clients on best practices for using M365 products
- Participate in subject matter guidance/troubleshooting for escalated support tickets and application issues
Required Education, Qualifications, and Experience Settings :
- Minimum 3 6 years of experience in large technology environments
- Minimum 3 6 years Business analysis/Product Owner experience with Microsoft SharePoint, x1 Online, M365, Microsoft Teams
- An understanding of Microsoft 365 Copilot is preferred
- Familiarity with Agile/SAFe Agile is preferred
- Demonstrates ability to work with vendors and internal Client teams to influence product roadmap(s)
- Ability to provide key input into solutions that meet and often exceed client needs
- Demonstrates awareness of major external technology vendors and understands critical information about future-oriented collaboration technologies
- Ability to contribute to operational user and functional requirements within a structured system development lifecycle methodology
- Strong background in identifying issues and defining a solution for those issues
- Ability to apply technical skills with effective and clear verbal and written communication
- Ability to function and interact across teams in a large matrix organization to execute multiple tasks/assignments simultaneously with input from several resources.
