P&ID Engineer @ Infosys

Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

This role is to support Power Plant Engineering with execution of piping and instrumentation diagrams

• Preparation of piping and instrumentation diagrams and the associated engineering data bases (COMOS, AVEVA Diagrams/Engineering)
• Updating of P&ID and engineering data of the "as built" status
• Ensure transfer of engineering data between various applications as required
• Co-ordinating with the system and piping/valve engineers for the inputs
• Guiding and training the team on domain and tool as required
• Ensuring the drawing approval through document management tool

Preferred candidate profile:

Must have

• Power Plant domain experience
• AVEVA/COMOS/SPID/AUTOCAD P&ID/ Microsoft VISIO tool experience (Any one smart plant tool)
• Power Plant engineers, BOP Engineers
• Good Communication and presentation skills
• Team leading qualities
